Hello, My name is Mistie. I am a licensed child care provider located in Brighton, Colorado. I am married to my wonderful husband Nate and we have three beautiful daughters Marissa 12, Jairon 9 & Kennedy 4. We have two dogs a Chihuahua named Chasey & a puppy Daisy who is a boxer. They are great with kids. We love camping in the summer on our days off.
I started doing child care in 2003 because I love working with kids and so I could be with my own. This is the most rewarding job you could ever have. I am Licensed through the state, have CPR, First Aid, Universal Precautions, Medication Administration and I also compleated a 48 hour class on Expaning Quality in Infants & Toddlers, be sure to also check out my training page . I am also a member of Adams County Association of Family Child Care, where I get a lot of my training.
My goal is to provide a safe, secure, predictable, loving, child care for your child and that you have peace of mind. I feel that children do best in a play-based learning environment. I want to give each child the opportunity to become independant, creative thinkers, encourage growth and have good self-esteem.
